WHO IS XMOD, INC? 


XMOD, INC. is a studio that has been developing Virtual Reality simulations for businesses around the world for over six years. We have created simulations for tech companies, architects, and construction firms, gaining valuable experience in Virtual Reality. XMOD, INC. was founded by Michael Katseli, a former founder of a mobile application development studio, partnering with co-founder Linus Chee, a veteran in entertainment design, and finance. After showcasing a prototype of XMOD's own IP "NetVRk"  to the public at trade shows and other events, XMOD, INC. started to get noticed in the industry, received great feedback, and established connections that will help all XMOD projects.

With twelve years of experience in the entertainment industry, Sam Wey is a uniquely well-rounded creative director focused on crafting compelling interactive experiences. His passion for video games has fueled a career spanning art, game design, and story development.

Linus brings over a decade of experience in entertainment design, art direction, business and finance. Linus was an investment manager and personal trader for many years in his early career, then decided to follow his true passion for art, design, and entertainment. Linus studied entertainment design under some of the best designers in the world at Gnomon School of VFX in Hollywood, and Brainstorm School in Burbank California. During his last two years of education, he started working as a graphic designer and art director for Dreamlab Gaming/Studios. After various freelance jobs, Linus was recruited by Xmod, Inc. where he joined Michael Katseli in founding Xmod’s own IP “NetVRk”. Linus is now part of a development team providing high-end VR solutions and entertainment, and leads the concept design, creative direction and management for the company.
Linus Chee
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Graduate from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon. Started working shortly after at Arqui300, focusing on Unreal Engine ecosystem development. Bruno founded TriDesign with his partner, Diana Baradas, providing 3D image and app development for the real estate business.
Bruno Esteves
Lead Programmer
Over 25 years of experience working in the entertainment industry and is an expert in visual effects. Contributed to over 50 motion pictures including Minority Report, Spider Man 3, I Robot, The Day After Tomorrow, and many other blockbusters.
Jay Shindell
Chief Creative Officer
Dima is an Unreal Engine developer from Lviv. A Master of Computer Science, Dima studied at Lviv Polytechnic.He has worked with mobile, PC, archviz, AR, and VR. His best development experience in mobile VR (Daydream, cardboard, gearVR, Oculus go/quest) came during the creation of VR Manager in the UE4 marketplace. Dima has developed three products in the Unreal Engine marketplace. He also created new AR automotive customization for the Jaguar F Pace project in the augmented reality with photorealistic graphics.

Oleg is a manager completely focused on project success. To achieve this he uses his great experience in design and game development. Oleg worked as a designer on PC, mobile and VR projects in the leading companies like Plarium and Vostok Games. He also taught level design in Projector Creative & Tech School. Besides production experience, Oleg has a background in digital marketing in his early career. This helps him to find out the best product decisions to fit the market demands.

Project Manager
Art designer with a B.A in Design from University Lusíada. Studied 3D modeling at Arqui300 Academy. Diana and Bruno Esteves founded Tridesign, developing interactive applications for both real estate and games. Using Unreal Engine and VR amond other tools to offer their clients more interactive experience. Diana works with XMOD developing Level Design.
